Hktech is located in Beijing (Peking) and engaged in Rolling stock and test domain. According to the Chinese Railway situation/different/specification and the main requirement from local nature of Chinese government with their sub vehicle factories – CNR/CSR, Hktech was established in recent year and will mainly service the vehicle safety and inspection, Technical import, guiding the international communication and cooperation.
